Powder Coating

Powder Coating

Powder coating is a high-quality, solvent-free finishing technique used across industries—from heavy machinery to home appliances. The powder is applied using Electrostatic Spray Deposition (ESD) and cured under heat to create a hard, attractive, and weather-resistant finish.

Key Features of Powder Coating:

  • Free-flowing dry powder application
  • Curing in conveyorized ovens with variable speed for component flexibility
  • Separate pre-treatment (PT) line for aluminum
  • Optional topcoats and passivates for enhanced corrosion resistance

Advantages of Powder Coating:

  • Solvent-free, eco-friendly process
  • High durability against moisture, chemicals, and UV exposure
  • Superior appearance with a wide range of color options
  • Long-lasting finish, resistant to peeling and chipping

Our Powder Coating Process:

Carried out at our specialized facility, each component undergoes pretreatment, electroplating, and color passivation based on client requirements. A protective topcoat is applied before the component is dried, inspected, and packed. The entire process is controlled via temperature and timer systems for flawless results.
